Dehradun: In a large-scale reshuffle in bureaucracy, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami led Government of Uttarakhand issued a transfer order of 35 IAS and PCS officers with immediate effect. 

Kishore Pant has now been posted as District Magistrate UdhamSingh Nagar.  At the same time, the current District Magistrate, Ranjana Rajguru has been made Additional Secretary, Tourism, Civil Aviation and Chief Executive Officer.

Sushil Kumar, Divisional Commissioner, Kumaon, has been given the charge of Divisional Commissioner, Garhwal. 

Apart from this, no appointment has been received after the retirement of Secretary Harbansh Singh Chugh.

Radha Raturi, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), has been given additional charge of Energy and Alternative Energy.

According to the official order, Secretary Amit Negi has taken charge of state assets and information technology.

Secretary R Meenakshi Sundaram has been given additional charge of chief project director UGVS while Secretary Shailesh Bagoli has been given additional charge of Secretary Excise.

Secretary Nitesh Kumar Jha has been given additional charge of Secretary Technical Education while Secretary Sachin Kurve, has been given charge of Rural Works Department.

Secretary Vijay Kumar Yadav has been given additional charge of Project Director, Uttarakhand Task Force Development Project while Commissioner Kumaon Sushil Kumar has been given the responsibility of Commissioner Garhwal and Chief Executive Officer Devasthanam Board.

IAS Ravinath Raman, has been given the charge of Secretary Revenue.

Secretary Chandresh Kumar Yadav has been given the charge of Labor and President Uttarakhand Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board while Secretary Vinod Kumar Suman has been given additional responsibility of the state property department.

IAS Deepender Kumar Chaudhary, has been given the responsibility of Secretary Transport while Additional Secretary Anand Srivastava has been entrusted with the responsibility of Project Manager UDRP.

Additional Secretary, Iqbal Ahmed has been given additional charge of Project Director UGVS while Additional Secretary Ranveer Chauhan, has been given the responsibility of Additional Secretary, Culture, Endowment and Transport.

Additional Secretary Nitin Bhadauria has been given additional charge of Commissioner Excise while Additional Secretary Suman Singh Valdia has been given the responsibility of Additional Secretary Public Works.

According to the order, Additional Secretary Suresh Chandra Joshi has been given the charge of child development and general administration. PCS Rajendra Kumar has been appointed as Additional Secretary Social Welfare and Minority Welfare.

Banshidhar Tiwari, Director General School Education has been given additional charge of Director Panchayati Raj.  Apart from this, PCS Chandra Singh Dharmshakti has been given the charge of Additional Secretary Social Welfare and Commissioner Disabled.

PCS Vinod Giri Goswami has been appointed as Project Director, Uttarakhand Task Force Development Project.  Along with this, Prakash Chandra has been entrusted with the responsibility of Secretary RERA.

PCS Banshi Lal Rana has been given additional charge of Secretary, Information Commission, Dehradun while PCS Shyam Singh Rana has been given the charge of Staff Officer of the Chairman Revenue Council.
